Booking Policy
- Reservations at GOWLI’S INN HOMESTAY can only be confirmed with full payment.
- No reservations will be acknowledged without a confirmed call or unless accepted on email by the homestay.
- In the case of “No show”, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% retention against the stay.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation charges applicable if the booking is cancelled 15 days before arrival.
- If cancellation is done between 15 days – date of booking, no refund is applicable and the next room should be booked subject to availability.
Refund Policy
All refunds shall be processed as per the cancellation policy within 7 bank working days.
Check IN and Check OUT
Check IN : 1 P.M
Check OUT : 11 A.M
Early check-in and check-out depend on availability (please contact reservations with details).
Meal Timings
Breakfast: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch and Dinner can be ordered from outside.
Bonfire
Bonfire is available on request and provided at designated areas only.
Available from 7 PM to 10 PM.
Property Rules
- All guests above 18 years of age must produce valid ID (Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card, or Voter’s Identity Card) at check-in.
- The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Getting into the river is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed in the rooms; should be tied at the parking area.
- No smoking inside the rooms.
- We do not sell or serve liquor. Consumption of liquor is not allowed on the premises.
- Guests are requested to keep the environment clean and dispose of trash/cigarette butts in designated bins.
- Guests are liable for any loss or damage to property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person they are responsible for. Payment will be collected at check-out.
- The management reserves the right to reject or evict guests causing nuisance or disrespectful behavior.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the property.
- Visiting hotel guests are not allowed in guest rooms without prior notice and approval.
- Guests should respect others' comfort, privacy, and peace.
- All extra charges (beyond included services) must be cleared before check-out.
- The management may apply charges for lost or damaged property/equipment.
- Housekeeping is provided daily on request; bed sheets changed every three days or on request with additional payment.
- Housekeeping and room cleaning services, beyond daily cleaning, are available on request from 8 AM to 5 PM. Leave the key at the reception.
